Objective
The primary objective of this project is to evaluate the knowledge, attitude, and social and behavioural factors influencing the uptake of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine among adolescent girls in Bangladesh. The findings from this research endeavour are expected to offer valuable insights, guiding the adaptation and enhancement of the routine EPI vaccination program for HPV to prevent cervical cancer.
Description
This project aims to evaluate the knowledge, attitudes, and social and behavioural factors influencing the uptake of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine among adolescent girls in Bangladesh. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights that will guide the adaptation and enhancement of the routine EPI vaccination program for HPV, ultimately aiding in the prevention of cervical cancer.
