Objective:• To assess borrower’s satisfaction level about Microfinance program of Sajida Foundation.

• To assess knowledge and practice about added benefits (Nirapotta, legal aids etc.) of MFI participants from Sajida Foundation.
• Secondary analysis with programme data on drop out trends and borrowers characteristics.
• To explore experience and satisfaction of borrowers about Microfinance program of Sajida Foundation and document their recommendations.
• To explore reasons of borrower drop out in Microfinance programme of Sajida Foundation.
• To explore the factors that motivate borrowers to save money and the factors that motivate borrowers to withdraw their savings.
• To explore the motivating factors to continue their engagement in program and the factors responsible for dropping out of program staff at Microfinance program of Sajida Foundation.
• To explore the barriers faced by the program staffs of Microfinance program of Sajida Foundation to perform their responsibilities and document their coping strategy.
