Objective:

The aim of this study is to determine the mortality situations due to Tuberculosis in Bangladesh.

The specific objectives include:
● Objective 1: To estimate the TB mortality rate using currently available databases.
● Objective 2: To determine the age, sex and geographic distribution of TB mortality.
● Objective 3: To determine the gaps in available data, such as use of standard procedure for data collection, definition, and validation and data management.
● Objective 4: To assess the TB mortality trends over the past 10 years.
