Objective:The objectives of the project were to
i. Strengthen the capacity and skills of Primary Health Care (PHC) providers (doctors/nurses/paramedics) in Cox's Bazar district on the implementation of the Package of Essential Noncommunicable Diseases (PEN) interventions using a team-based approach;
ii. Undertake supportive supervision for the trained PHC providers and community health volunteers when implementing the PEN interventions.
