This study evaluated a nutrition-sensitive agriculture project in Southern Bangladesh, finding it reduced child underweight and improved household dietary diversity, women's nutrition, and breastfeeding practices. However, child dietary diversity declined. Key pathways to improved nutrition were enhanced food production, nutrition knowledge, and strengthened local institutions. The analysis suggests intentionally integrating income and women's empowerment pathways could increase effectiveness, and highlights challenges in sustaining livestock production and institutional capacity beyond the project cycle.
