Objective:1. Assessing the current state of bicycling (i.e., what are the demographic, socioeconomic, and trip characteristics of current cyclists)? And what incentivizes and deters bicycling?

2. Assessing the main risk factors for bicycling crashes (Note, there is extensive evidence from studies globally that safety is a prime concern of bicyclists, as indicated in the earlier section)
3. Identifying the key barriers to bicycle-friendly policies
