An accomplished senior management professional with more than 20 years’ experience in Health (Maternal & New-born Health, Family Planning, Midwifery, Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health, Malaria, TB,HIV), Health System Strengthening, data-driven and results-based management, Budget management, Community Mobilization, Planning Monitoring & Evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research and familiarity with Emergency and gender mainstreaming.Working experience with Government of Bangladesh, DFID, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNAIDS, James P Grant School of Public Health (JPGSPH) BRAC University, HLSP-UK, Save The Children, HIV/AIDS & STD Alliance Bangladesh. Excellent English writing and computer skills; Team Leader Skills. Expert in preparing concept note, project proposal etc. Experienced in government relations and negotiations.Expert in capacity building, networking, partnership building, liaison and donor relations.
