Short Biography
Shaba Binte Hafiz Neha is Assistant officer of IRB at BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University. She has been working here for the last six months. Her primary responsibility is to review various research project proposals from ethical and technical aspects. She also oversees and supervises the IRB system and its operations, promotes communication among researchers, reviewers, and Chairpersons, informs everyone of the IRB's decisions, and maintains all the IRB records. Before that, she interned on quantitative research methods at BRAC James P Grant School Of Public Health. She has completed her Bachelor in Microbiology from BRAC University. She also worked with Drs. Manjur Hossain Khan Jony, Dr. Ahmad Nawsher Alam, and Dr. Zakir Hossain Habib during her institutional internship at IEDCR.

Epidemiology Infectious Diseases Climate Change.
