This feasibility study evaluated a multicomponent child development intervention delivered by government health workers in rural Bangladesh. Caregivers who attended two or more sessions showed increased use of toys and books for children and improved knowledge about lead exposure. While no changes in caregiver depression were observed, findings support scaling up through improved delivery methods.
