Short Biography
Md. Munirul Islam is currently serving as an Assistant Coordinator at the Centre for Professional Skill Development in Public Health (CPSD) of the BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health (BRAC JPGSPH), BRAC University. He has been with BRAC JPGSPH since July 2012. Prior to this role, he worked with several renowned international development organizations, including DANIDA, DFID, and Helen Keller International.
Mr. Islam is skilled in project
administration and coordination, with expertise in preparing MOUs, budgets,
agreements, and contracts, as well as liaising with stakeholders from both
government and non-government organizations. He plays a key role in supporting
the promotion and implementation of short courses, coordinating the development
of marketing materials, and managing end-to-end training logistics. His
responsibilities also include organizing training sessions, communicating with
trainers and vendors, monitoring training budgets, and ensuring accurate
documentation and archiving of training materials and records.
