Short Biography

Tanzima joined BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health (BRAC JPGSPH), BRAC University, as Project Assistant in 2018. Currently, she is working here as Senior Research Assistant. Here she is doing the Institutional Review Board (IRB) administrative tasks. She oversees and manages the IRB system and its operations, collaborating with the Board to develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, and processes. She promotes communication among researchers, reviewers, and Chairpersons and notifies everyone of IRB’s decision. She also ensures that the IRB records are being maintained.
