Short Biography
Dr. Imrul Mohammad Sifat is a dedicated public health professional with experience in research, project management, and the development of strategic health programmes. Originally trained as a dentist, Dr. Sifat transitioned into the public health sector to address systemic health challenges through data-driven approaches. He is passionate about blending research and advocacy to drive impactful change, particularly in health and climate resilience, and is committed to empowering communities for a healthier, sustainable future. Dr. Sifat leads research activities, including methodology design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. With a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research, he has trained volunteers across Bangladesh. He is also responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks to assess project performance and impact.
